My philosophy is to meet my clients at their current fitness level and progress exercises as you get stronger. I also create nutrition plans that will allow you to have flexibility with your eating and reach your fitness goals without feeling restricted. A positive, deliberate change that helps you begin to fall back in love with yourself. Im a true believer that getting old is based on how you feel and see yourself. As a teenager, I saw my mom have a harsh reality with doctors and she was prescribed 3 hours of physical therapy a day, within a few months she gave up on herself and wasted away to hardly being able to move. Through my pain of seeing my mom become immobile it created a fire in me to do whatever I could in my power to create a community that needed support in accountability and guide them every step of the way. My team and I will whatever it takes to get to your dream goals, as long as you have the will, we have a proven system to help women over 40 lose weight and get in shape. 
This is our system to getting you results:
 1-Strength Training We have semi private or private coaching sessions up to 6 days a week. We will build and tailor your program within our sessions and modify your exercises to train you effectively without muscle strain and get you stronger. 
 2-Nutrition Plan Create a nutrition plan based on your palette, nutritional needs, energy demands, and weightloss goals . You will know what to eat and when to eat and actually enjoy your food. Simple, easy, and portion sizing is the key to how I create meal plans for clients. 3- Nutrition Accountability We will check in with you daily to make sure you are sticking to the meal plan that we gave you by having you upload pictures of your food on our app. 4-A Cardio plan Your cardio plan will be tailored to your heart rate, age, and fitness level to maximize the amount of calories you burn in the fastest amount of time. This cardio plan will boost your metabolism throughout the day and promote weight loss without losing muscle. 5-Stretch Plan We will measure your flexibility when you first start and give you a daily stretch plan to start loosening up your muscles. 6-OnDemand You will have access to a nutrition resources, recipe book, meditations, 15 minutes stretches, and prerecorded low impact zumba sessions. 7-Bi-Weekly Checkin We want to make sure you are on track with your goals and will assess where your at. If anything needs to be adjusted, we will do during our checkin. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First week: Onboarding Call We will get measurements, before pictures, scheduling, and cardio plan outside of workouts. Main Goal Structure and Consistency Week 2 Determine the proper weights for all muscle groups and start focusing on stabilizing the muscle Main Goal Getting all Cardio Done outside of training Week 3 Determine parts of plan that need to be adjusted. Weight Check Main Goal Focusing on making these new habits a lifestyle. Week 4 Determine if this is a long term fit option

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

With 11 years of experience, I have trained thousands of clients with a variety of fitness levels ranging from 5 to 90 years old. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicene, Senior Fitness Specialist, Nutrition Specialist, and Prenatal and Postnatal Specialist

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My mom became very sick as a teenager and I couldn't stand to see her body fall apart after she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. The doctor prescribed three hours of physical therapy daily and she became overwhelmed. My mom started dreading workout and after six months she gave up working with the physical therapist and stopped all physical activities that would have helped her. I saw her go from being able to walk and do things as a normal individual to her becoming entirely disabled within three months of her making that decision. I wish my mom had program that gave her the support that she needed so she did not give up on herself. To this day, when I see my mom I break down in tears and it reminds me that my purpose is motivating others to stay in shape so that they are never become disabled like my mom. In 2010, I started in the fitness industry working with women over 50 as a certified nutrition coach and became a certified personal trainer and senior fitness specialist in 2015.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have trained with individuals that have injuries, limitations, and health issues. As long as the individual has the will to transform, we have the way to get you results. My team and I will meet you at your fitness level. Most of my clients are over the age of 40 that are looking to build their core foundation and get stronger around their entire body.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a 49 year old client that had not worked out since her highschool years. She was afraid to join a regular workout program because she had a torn ACL and did not want to get reinjured. With her busy corporate job, she lost sight of plan for her nutrition and created a lot of habits that were sabotaging her and causing her to gain weight. After she chose to work with me, she decided she would not turn another year older 40 pounds from her ideal weight. I designed a weight loss plan that would include working with me live virtually in a small group setting with women that had similar goals three times per week. Outside of training I set my client to do cardio two times a week doing low impact interval cardio training on her treadmill for 20 minutes with a 5 minute warmup and cool down. Within 6 months my clients lost 40 lbs, 14%body and literally looked 10 years younger!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a sustainable program that does not overwhelm you or impact your personal life negatively. Have your support system help you so that you can help yourself with extra self care .
